Whimsical Valentine Candy Dish
Make this fun craft project using paper and Cricut die cuts.
Special thanks to Brenda for sharing this project with us. She was inspired by a tutorial she found on the Cricut message boards.
Using a sturdy piece of double sided card stock, score on dashed lines, as shown above.
Make mountain folds on the diagonal lines and valley folds on the horizontal and vertical lines.
Bring the corners up, punch holes and thread with ribbon. You can use eyelets at the corners to make you candy dish sturdier.
Decorate the sides with Cricut Cutouts, stamping and other embellishments as desired.
In the example above, Brenda used Cricut Cartridge, Beyond Birthdays for “Love” and Doodlecharms for the hearts.
This might make a fun potpourri dish for the holidays if done in festive Christmas paper.
